What ever you put into training is what you get out of it!

Personal Training

Eating a healthy snack before practice and drinking plenty of water during workouts is very important. Even in the water you sweat and need to hydrate! A glass of chocolate milk helps to repair your muscles after a practice, along with being a reward for the hard work put in at practice.

Many of our SWAT swimmers have accomplished milestones in our sport. Swimmers have gone to NiSL Championships, Silvers, Golds and been considered for the Zones team. Many of our team members have gone to ECICs, Sectionals and States along with setting records in High school and at the college level.
